WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE this company. They will do a half job & take your money.The people who install your carpets is not the same people who provide the carpet so you're paying two different people under one company. The installer woman Carmen even threatened if we didn't pay her all her side of of the money then when she comes back she will charge more for an incomplete job. The other person who comes out and measures the carpet is Todd. He quoted me one price for installation and told Carmen we had to pay her a different price which was more. STAY AWAY from the crooked company!

This company did horrible job on my flooring. I've had them come out twice to fix a issue and it's still not fixed right. Don't hire these people unless you know what your getting yourself into. Horrible job. Can't barely understand the techs whom don't speak English.

I'm not happy with this company at all they have lied to me they was supposed to come last week never showed up promised they would be here the next day never showed up. So here it is the following week still no. One seems all I keep hearing is a bunch of excuses. So in all honesty I will not use this company again and I will not refer anyone to them. It seems that they can't keep their word.

Just received a letter in the mail today 12/4/19 stating I haven’t made a payment since June which is correct. Letter says I have 7 days to respond or legal actions will be taken. Letter is dated 8/29/19, envelope stamped by post office says it was mailed 12/2/19. Now I had vinyl + carpet installed in May put down payment and charged for 1st month June I made another payment but carpet was coming up. I’ve never saw carpet coming up so soon. The gentleman who took my information named Todd I asked lots of questions about the vinyl 1. Does it have to be glued down? 2.Will I need quarter rounds? Will it lay flat? He assured that I didn’t need glue or quarter rounds and that the flooring would settle and lay flat under baseboards and that didn’t happen they had to come back and put down quarter rounds and didn’t caulk them and there are areas that you can see spaces in front of quarter rounds where vinyl was cut. They were suppose to come in August to fix the issues but never showed up. Today we have scheduled again for them to come Monday. The owner is very rude and really didn’t want to hear my concerns. If they fix the problem I will make payments without hesitation but if not I will be taking legal action as well.
