If you’re looking for a home office set up, these guys are who you want to see. I got an X3 chair and I’m in love. Blake worked with me and was professional from the beginning. His first questions were all targeted to how I am using the chair (every day for 8+ hours) and he found the right chair to fit me, walked me through all the options, features, and prices, and I don’t have a doubt in my mind that I got the right chair for me. If you work from home and you’re glued to your desk all day, this is the place to go to get a great ergonomic chair! We just got one for my husband and he couldn’t be more happy with it. Blake and Marc were extremely helpful in helping us to choose what he needed. Highly recommend Relax The Back!

I purchased replacement arm pads for my 20 year-old Lifefoam Relax The Back chair, in which as a writer I have spent many long hours. It's the best chair I've ever owned, but after all those years the the vinyl-covered arm pads were splitting. I ordered new leather ones from Micheal Riner at the Relax The Back Store at Old Perimeter Way in Atlanta. The pads were fine but when fitted on the arms, one of them did not have enough lateral movement. I returned them to the store and Michael discovered a slight defect in the pad movement mechanism. He spent considerable time working on it and was able to correct the problem Now the chair arms and pads work perfectly. I consider that exceptional customer service from someone in a company with an excellent product and I highly recommend both if you need the most comfortable chair you'll ever own and a company with associates that stand behind it. Effusive praise? Yes, but deserved.
