I found out this attorney has made many false statements on my case and continues to fabricate falsehoods about the case.He finally admitted to the GA Bar that he made at least 4 false statements in my case summary letter in 2020. All his errors resulted in a VERY low verdict for my injury lawsuit, only $6K. I was offered apx 8 TIMES that amount by the insurance BEFORE I even hired Leipow.He
then filed a libel lawsuit against me for leaving honest reviews of him. His suit was dismissed in 2021 after I sent to the court 80 pages with evidence or all his falsehoods, and errors and omissions. Would never recommend this attorney.

I was rear-ended by a semi and Kevin had my case for 2 years. During that time he seldom responded to my phone calls &emails. Kevin made many errors & omissions..Missed Court deadlines, failed to do important dispositions , failed to file proper motions in time.. The Judge scolded Kevin many times before and at trial. Kevin also hid all the truckers extensive driving records from Jury ( DUIs, 4 recent driving under suspensions, speeding, and many safety equipment violations.) Kevin was too gentle on Defendants at trial when they were making false statements , and failed to use evidence we had that would of exposed the false testimony. Kevin a allowed the defense to post my medical records online for all the public to see (against Hippa law) , allowed the defense to attack me & make false statements in their pleadings, with no response. My life was a nightmare the whole time Kevin had my case. In the end.. Final Judgement was a tiny, tiny amount, a tiny fraction of my true Medical bills and lost income... and nothing for pain/suffering. Kevin refused to appeal. In fact, Defendants Insurance had offered to settle with me for $45,000 before I had hired Kevin.( I had about $45K alone in medical bills I had paid) After Kevin's poor performance and his numerous errors&omissions I only received a total of $9,000 after trial. That's $36,000 LESS than if I would of settled it Myself, WITHOUT Kevin, and would of been done 2 years earlier with much less anguish. I would not recommend this law firm .

I had what some would call a complicated case. Which took time to sort out - many years in fact. Sometimes I wouldnt hear from the office for awhile unless I contacted them first. I do think that this possibly couldve been handled quicker. But like I said my case was complicated, they moved offices and then COVID - some delays that occurred were out of their control. Besides the delays - my encounters with Kevin and his team were always a delight. They were very professional, and took time to answer all my questions. We ended up getting a settlement for what I think I deserved and that was greatly appreciated. Worth all the time in the end. I would recommend them to a friend but hope they improve on regular and timely communication going forward.

I'm grateful to Kevin and his team of paralegals Kyle and Davis who helped us through the whole case. My case was complex however, Kevin and his team were able to resolve my case that started in 2018. During mediation and deposition, Kevin walked us through the whole process and prepared us for what the defense counsel was going to do and say. My case was resolved in mediation and Kevin always listened to our concerns and explained to us what was the best avenue and what to expect. The case was against Geico, and his posture never changed, thanks to that he was able to make Geico triple their initial settlement offer. I do not doubt that without Kevin and his associates Geico would have won even though they mistreated a loyal customer.
