I'm going to have to jump on the Jeremy bandwagon.Because of a less-than-stellar siding installation, I was having issues with quickly recurring mold or mildew (unsure). When I contacted the siding installer, the adjuster assigned demanded that I get mold swabs from the exterior of my home. Let me tell you right now - this is a HIGHLY unusual request and every mold company I called painstakingly explained how unusual (and I'm being kind - one company used the word 'ridiculous') this type of request is. Jeremy clearly knows his stuff. He provided me with a good education about mold, asked me quite a few questions, answered all my questions and even went so far as to write a letter to me, explaining the reasons he nor any mold inspector could perform the tasks my claims adjuster was demanding. Another reviewer hit the nail on the head with "professional and courteous and provided much needed guidance." He has a clear, upfront pricing structure and offers a variety of services.  I also think it's super cool that he has a YouTube channel with a series of quick, but informative videos about mold and mold remediation. Ultimately, I did not hire SafeAir because I couldn't get a clear understanding on whether Jeremy was going to be able to swab some areas higher than 20 feet. I still haven't hired anyone - decided to just give up and begin my search again next year.
