I had a terrible expierence. It was 8 o'clock on a normal business day on Monday July 3rd, 2017. We called and asked, "What time do you close today?" In which the reply from the manager was "We close at 9 today." We rush over to buy a new phone. We arrive at the store at 8:29p.m. and the gate is shut and the manager we just spoke with is helping a small family of three customers. We ask her through the gate, "Don't you close at 9 today?" To which she replies "No, the mall closes at 9 we close at 8. The hours listed there are old and no one has changed them." Which is odd so we reply, "We just called a few minutes ago to ask when you close and you told us you close at 9." To which we get another excuse "By the time I'm done ringing them up the system will be closed. It's actually my district manager who told me to close I'm just doing what they said. If you're buying a phone I'll let you in as a favor but only the person buying the phone because it senses how many people come in versus how much sales we have and you'll affect my sales." This is ridiculous. We had 3 people in our group and one was an account holder and he was adding a line for another person. Plus she was helping 3 people get one phone at the time she was saying this. They also didn't seem to understand her attitude because she explained to them several times why she refused to help us. She then asked us to come back tomorrow because her system is updating after we waited outside the gate for 20 minutes. I wish I could speak with someone about this with T-Mobile because I've never had such terrible customer service. Way to drive sales by closing early and refusing to help your customers.
