Came out to install air conditioner. Technician called before coming to confirm arrival and was here in good time. When got here both FRAY and RUBEN was very nice, polite and professional. Explained process and thermostat programming and answered all questions I had after installation complete. Worked cleanly and left area clean. Thanks!
