The first time I went to Sears for an eye test, the Doctor said "why are you here you don't have a prescription", I can't sell you anything".
The last time I went to get my glasses fixed, they could not be repaired. The guy in the showroom tried to up-sell me some readers for $198. I finally got my price for readers to $30.00 but it took me threatening to walk out. Every time I go, he does the same thing. They called me saying they wanted to set me up for an appointment, I refused. Not worth the wait or the prices. The lady is nice but I can't seem to get past that guy, I would go back if I could just deal with her.

Only one 1 person working in the store, having to wait 30 minutes to be waited on, this is crazy! There is a reason we are the only other people in the store! If I wasnt with my mom,she's the one doing business here, I would have left 25 minutes ago! Terrible business and customer service!!!!😤😲☹😛
