I absolutely LOVE it! I love the training, coaches and most of the people I have met. I think SBG has a great reputation and love the values behind it all. I only been going about a month but I fully believe I will be there for a long while. Thank you for all you do.

My family has been going here for almost 14 years. The gym has become like family so my review will be a little biased but the fact my son, daughter, wife and I all train there says everything you need to know. If you're looking for great grappling, striking, and MMA coached by some of the best coaches in the world, this is the place for you. If you're looking for meat heads and thugs then go elsewhere. It's more of a family friendly environment but, don't let that fool you, they cultivate skilled fighters and martial artists!

Great quality coaches, very accepting community for all, and very nice facilities. As someone new to this SBG Athens has been a game changer and its been a fantastic experience. The classes are accepting to all and coming to class has quickly became the best part of my days.

I love this place. Classes range from large groups (~20) to small groups (~6) so you can find the environment thats comfortable for you to learn. Loads of coaches that teach with different personalities that can help you absorb information faster, and you always feel safe while still having the freedom to grow and have fun at your pace!
