Rossi comes off as uncaring--maybe that's not the case, but that is certainly the impression that he gave me. Also, I paid my bill as soon as I got it in the mail and did not receive any follow up notices from the office, yet the account was still sent to collections. I would go somewhere else if I were you.

Was overly pleased with the doctors professionalism and found the entire staff to be friendly and easy to talk to. I had a slightly different scenario than most and I could tell the doctor was genuinely interested in my well being. Would give 6 out of five stars if possible. I question the disposition of the people that gave a bad rating to this office as they were so on top of it.

Incorrect hours must be posted online as I was unable to reach them on the phone until 9:10 despite opening at "8:30". Only upside is I was able to cancel my appointment fairly easily (as I was called into work today).

Athens Podiatry charged me a $20 missed appointment fee for an appointment that I never scheduled. I disputed this fee in writing and they sent the $20 to a collection agency. Do not go here!
