      image I terminated my services 2 months ago and I am still waiting for my security deposit check refund. They said the check was mailed out a month ago. However, there is still no update on it. I told them to cancel that check and sent a new one if it was lost in transit. Also, they refuse to give me a tracking number. It seems like a scam to not give their customers a refund on the deposit. I am this close to pulling up to their office with the authorities.

      image We could not get our bills despite incessantly calling the office. The without notice they disconnect our water and placed a huge bill to be paid before 4pm. We rush to the office and they tell us that bill is sent to Apartment A14 and our Apartment is 14. We even paid for reconnection Charges, all totaling $ 982.35. Please do your work diligently especially the billing section. The good thing there is always water.
