Erik Z. is a five star employee/upholster contractor. He showed up at the designated time frame, very polite, introduced himself, shook hands, and explained the procedure clearly. Gave us two options on what direction we could go. Erik Z. represented Roby's Furniture very well. You should feel very fortunate to have him as an employee with all his knowledge and great work habits.
