unfortunately for the folks of assumption you have a police chief that has never had a problem skirting the law or conspiring to break it in order to further his own agenda as a former drug task force member.
a manipulator, a liar who never had any issues throwing his fellow officers under the bus. This officer forgot his oath a long time ago.
Fortunately police misconduct doesn't have a statute of limitations and there are still states attorney's willing to review such cases to further their own career :)
