I bought a Lennox Central Air conditioner unit and had them install it. It went out before it was a year old. I was told the compressor went out and they would have to replace the unit. It has been the hottest summer ever here and it has been three months and I am still waiting for them to replace my unit. They keep blaming the manufacturer. This is warranty work and I am starting to wonder if they are ever going to replace it. I am contacting the Manufacturer to see what they can do for me. I might get my Air conditioner in a year with this place. Service: Install AC

Our AC went out a year ago when we moved into our house. I called Travis and he said he would make it out that day, he ended up getting busy but sent his guys and they got things fixed right away. Then Travis stopped over the next day just to check it out. Having some issues again with our AC and Travis was very responsive, getting back to me immediately and sending his crew to our house! Very quick, and professional.

In my opinion they are dishonest I haired them to do a job I paid them INFULL up front they took about a year to finish the job and now they are charging me more money after they have already been paid I Don't trust them. SHOULD YOU ?

Was surprised to see such a low rating for these VERY nice people. They did very fast and thorough work for me. Their prices for new furnace and installation was very reasonable.

Travis was fast to call back when nobody else would. Diagnosed our problem quickly and saved us good money. Very thoughtful, honest and professional. My husband and I highly recommend Dugger!
