I had a sump pump installed. The crew did a great job. They arrived on time, explained everything they were going to do before they started , did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up after themselves. My experience with All Pro Basements has been positive from the very first time I met with Diego. He is a man of his word, completely trustworthy.

Diego at All-Pro Basement removed my concerns from the minute we met. His professionalism, knowledge, and expertise left me knowing his company had the problem well in hand. The complete repair, from drainage and sump thru remodel, flooring, paint and cleaning are a full-service contract, removing the need to find who can do what work and when. Definitely had a great experience with All Pro Basement. Their attention to detail was amazing! Diego was real easy to talk to and has very high standards for the products hes installing. They also had the best price out of the three companies I met with. Highly recommend All Pro Basement for your waterproofing needs!

Diego and his team did a stellar job in installing a sump pump system! A couple of heavy rains had flooded our basement with ground water. His team fixed the problem with a pipe that spanned the entire length of the basement connected to a sump pump system. The team was punctual, clean and professional! Would recommend!

Consistent with other reviews, I had an excellent experience with All Pro for my basement drain and sump pump install.
In my initial consult with Diego, I could immediately tell that he was unlike nearly all other contractors. He is incredibly personable, knowledgeable and above all, does right by his customers. He asked thoughtful questions to diagnose my basement water issues without presumption. Most importantly, he had an answer to all my questions and never tried to sell me on anything I didnt actually need.
On install day, Diego and the crew were very punctual and efficient. I was home all day and was never inconvenienced by their work. Diego remained onsite as the single point of contact. There were no surprises in the work itself or the final cost, which was very reasonable given the scope.
Following install, Diego called to make sure I was satisfied with the outcome and the cleanliness, offering to immediately send back the crew if I wasnt. Given that is a very windy, cold and rainy day and my older home has no exterior basement access, I had expected a mess. To my delight, the crew did a great job cleaning up both inside and outside. The trench on my yard was filled back in so neatly, I cant even tell it was touched.
I never thought I would be excited about heavy rains, but based on my experience with this team, I finally feel confident that my basement is prepared.
I would absolutely recommend All Pro and look forward to working with Diego and the team again.
