      image If i could give 0 stars i would. DO NOT TRANSFER MONEY TO THIS BANK. They will hold your money AGAINST YOUR WISHES and give you no options to use it for an arbitrary 11 days. This is in direct contradiction to the operators of Carter Bank and Trust's central phone line. Unacceptable.
