Carmie is the best! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the mountain. I was referred to her by a colleague who also closed a property with her, and glad we did. We met Carmie in Feb 2019 when we were just thinking about getting a vacation home but it didn’t end up being the right time for us. Fast forward 1 year and we’ve just bought our first vacation property, and Carmie was a very good listener and supporter throughout the process. Carmie knows Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties inside & out. Her level of knowledge and experience was exactly what my wife and I needed in order to finally find our dream cabin.
