Great experience!! Had it rented out for my birthday and got to my destination to and from safely! My friends and I had so much fun and my driver, George, was very friendly and welcoming!! 10/10 I will definitely recommend!!

Working with this company has been the worst experience ever. A simple bus ride with friends and family to look at Christmas lights is turning into a trip to Disney World. Poor communication, no guidelines, and a refusal to refund our deposit. Dont waste your time considering this company.

Great experience and very nice bus. Had a blast for a birthday party. There were amenities on the bus I didn't know about including ice and soft beverages, which I bought because I didn't know they would be provided and unfortunately the electric fireplace did not work. Our driver was very friendly but seemed in a hurry to get us to our destination although we had some time to kill. Not informing me of the amenities (which were great) and the driver getting us to our destination early are the only reasons I didn't give it a 5, but I would definitely recommend for a great time.

Excellent customer service and experience! We rented a party bus from American Eagle this weekend for my daughter's homecoming event. We were devastated when our reservation with another bus company was cancelled last minute on Friday night and we needed a bus, literally 24 hours later, for Saturday evening. We called around and luckily American Eagle had availability. I think I spoke with the owner that night, he was so accommodating, helpful and generous. Within 20 minutes, we were confirmed with American Eagle and HOCO crisis averted!
I received all the necessary paperwork, confirmations and signed documents within minutes of making the reservation and throughout the whole day on Saturday, Ashley from American Eagle sent out text messages checking in, offering assistance and giving updates. She was so friendly and eager to help - a true breath of fresh air. It was incredibly reassuring knowing that I could contact her with any questions or concerns.
The driver that evening was Younes who was truly a delight. My daughter and her friends all raved about how friendly, prompt, communicative and obliging he was. He checked in with me as well via text so I felt very comfortable and confident that the homecoming group was in safe, good and capable hands with Younes.
I highly recommend American Eagle Limosine & Party bus, they truly went above and beyond to make my daughter's homecoming event a fun and safe success.
