After complaining for months about excess of two hour hold times, I have been in the process of transferring to another broker, however E*TRADE has blocked me every step of the way. Transfer continues to be canceled by Etrade. I sure hate to waste my time filing SEC complaint but I’m almost there. Horrible service

E*TRADE bank could not be bothered to correct their address listing in Arlington Virginia. I showed up to make a deposit only to be greeted by an extremely crusty and rude person in the lobby informing me there’s no longer a teller there.

I was on the phone more than 3 hour nobody answered the call. When I try to reach online chat customer support my waiting time 178 minutes for next help online.
