I would never shop at Desi again. The customer service is horrific. I ordered and paid for a shag rug that supposively comes from Atlanta, Geogia. I was promised to receive it in 2 weeks. A month later after and after me following up on the rug, it came. But low and behold it was the wrong rug. Once again, it was going to take a week or 2 (at the most) to get it fixed. It's now a month later and still no rug, no courtesy call, nothing. DO NOT GO THERE!
