Clean rooms, parking and hearty breakfast included:) Location is great for dc tourists.
We booked two family rooms for 8 people. Both rooms were very clean and quiet. They are a little cramped and there is no microwave in the room, but there is a nice fridge. Downstairs there is a breakfast room where you have everything you need to prepare your own food. Also the free breakfast is very filling.

Great hotel and even better location! Its walking distance to the metro. Orange and silver lines. The hotel has maps to get to the station and of the different lines. The location felt safe and I would definitely return. The breakfast was good, eggs, sausage and pancakes both weekend days. The eating area was small but we always found space and it seems like others did too. The hotel did NOT have an elevator which could have been an issue for someone in a wheelchair getting downstairs for breakfast. The lobby was on floor two which was a ground floor, and had rooms to accommodate wheelchairs. We were on the 3rd floor but it was only one set of stairs due to lobby on 2nd floor. We didn't mind the steps. The rooms and stairs were all interior and not outside like most hotels/motels without elevators, this also helped with feeling safe. The rooms themselves were recently updated with new floors and new shower/tubs. This was the cleanest shower I have seen at a hotel in a long time the shower and toilet were closed off by a door and the sink was outside the door. The sink area was very small and could be difficult with multiple people. For my husband and I it was fine. There was also a large mirror on another wall which was better for applying makeup and checking outfits. The staff was great everywhere and so nice. The font desk employee was helpful and efficient and the housekeeping lady was accommodating when we asked for more towels. The parking was tight in some places but it seemed to be completely fine overall. We always found a good space. We will definitely be back next time we want to visit DC!
