Called to make an appointment. I asked do you know how to cut/style African American hair? The phone was then passed around to 3 people until I got someone on the phone. I asked again, and the women says "aaaa you a lady?". Not that it should matter, but I answered yes. At this point she ask someone else in the background " aaa umm do you how do black lady? da black lady hair?" After this I hung up. As a African American queer person I highly recommend not even wasting your time calling this place, or even walking by. Even if you are bias to cutting "different" types pf hair, there is a such thing as "professionalism" and "respect" and it is not there.
