I booked chair rentals for my wedding back in November 2020. Set up the date, time window for delivery, quantity needed, etc. Brooke Rentals quickly sent me an invoice with all the confirmation details and price. They informed me that they were closed on Sundays (my wedding day), but would still deliver the chairs that day for a more expensive fee, which I agreed to and proceeded with the order. They also explained that I could either call and pay with a credit card, or give the delivery staff a check on the day of the delivery. I opted for the check, as I was unsure of how many guests would accept or decline their invitations. Then last month, I contacted Brooke Rentals again and modified the quantity of chair for my order to reflect the total guest count from RSVP's. Again, I was quickly sent an invoice with the updated info and price, which I then wrote a check for, and let them know it would be provided on the day of delivery, as directed.On 5/6/21 my wedding planner reached out to Brooke Rentals, via the same email address they'd been communicating with me through, to introduce herself and confirm the date and time window for delivery of the chairs for my wedding, which was on 5/16/21 between 12-3pm. However, that day arrived and no chairs were delivered. Myself, my mom, wedding planner, and maid of honor, all tried contacting Brooke Rentals multiple times, both via phone and email, but we couldn't get a hold of anyone, nor did any of us receive a reply back. I was then left without chairs for my wedding, and instead, had no choice but to use old, discolored chairs from the hotel basement. The following day a response was finally received, however, absolutely no responsibility was taken for the no-call, no-show. All the email said was, and I quote ...  "We are very sorry that you did not receive the chair delivery that you expected. It is unfortunate that we did not communicate the week prior to the event to firm up the details." ... WHAT? Of course I expected a delivery that was confirmed! In addition, all of my reservation and delivery info was communicated, and multiple times at that, the most recent being just 10 days prior to my wedding day.Brooke Rentals' actions were extremely unprofessional, and their inability to take any responsibility for them is inexcusable. I would never recommend this company to anyone, and highly suggest not choosing them for any of your event rental needs.

BRC was easy to rent from. I needed 24 chairs and they had an easy delivery the day before the event and picked up the chairs the day after. I will rent again when I need

Very very disrespectful as soon as I parked some guy runs outside and tells me I cant park here.. like boy I was coming to your business I guess not
