Jay is awesome! First time I used him was after a steering rack replacement. Firestone refused to touch it, saying I'd installed the rack wrong and they wanted $500 to fix it. Jay came in, opened the shop for us, and aligned it in about 15 minutes, no problem. More recently I brought him two diesel F350s that had been (mis)aligned by a well known "pro" shop in Hurst. He also fixed those in short order, and they have never driven better. If it wasn't just an alignment shop, I'd be back for anything I needed.
