Highly recommend Alamo Title! Andrew, Keith & their team make the process super simple and smooth. They always seem to exceed my expectations. Their professionalism and communication is excellent. Extremely disorganized. We were told at last minute to print closing docs and go find a notary and Fedex them that day. I had called the week prior to explain we live in a remote location and was told it was not a problem. This was a cash deal, so it should have been simple. Worst closing experience out of the 8 houses I've closed on.
