upon move in my unit was absolutely filthy and smelled horrible, it was not cleaned whatsoever. my carpets were black due to all of the dirt and cat hair from the previous tenant and i had to buy my own carpet cleaner to fix the issue since they are unhelpful with everything. i got black mold 3 different times in different places as well as in all of my air vents and no concern from the office was given. at one point i had MICE & roaches that i had to take care of. make sure when you move in to take move in pictures because if ANYTHING is messed up that was there before you, you will be getting charged an arm and a leg. Maria is the most incompetent and belittling property manager ive ever come across.10/10 the worst apartment ive ever lived in. even if you pay on time ive received late notices ON MY DOOR all bc of laziness. these apartments are not worth ANYYY of your money!!!!

One of the best apartments I have lived in while in Arlington! The office staff and maintenance team are friendly and eager to help. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, usually the day or the day after they are reported. The apartments are nice and spacious and the community is quiet and conveniently located next to a grocery store, with easy access to Collins. I would happily recommend this community to others looking for an apartment in this area!
