Unfortunately I have to leave this bad review on this church because as I read through the reviews I see mentions of how the church is so warming and inviting and that the word is so sound, well I have to disagree in regards of the word. If the word was so sound, then the associate minister Cecil _______ would have done the work of a good samaritian or an earth angel as he is required by his title under God and helped a person in time of need. I called the church on Jan. 20, 2024 at 3 pm and called the number to the associate minister and explained how I needed a jump and I was stuck in my car. He said he would send someone. No one showed, then I texted this morning told him I was still waiting no response until 1:20 today saying someone would be able to help tomorrow. People no longer carry the true meaning of church in their hearts because we are all about titles and money money money. More money is asked but less action is being shown in the community unless it is some planned event so people can take pics and have their name written down to be read aloud. Churches are suppose to work daily within the building and outside the building (work, school, community, daily interactions) showing God's love and word have true meaning and not just "lip service" to please members to get money." Apparently, the word is not even getting through from the head minister to his other ministers on the roster. If I was the head preacher I would be ashamed that this occurred, but lack of accountability is running rampant in society as people are only concerned about titles and clout, which are all allusions. That is God's church and trust and believe me when I say this God is very displeased how you treated HIS DAUGHTER and you fumbled a chance at a blessing for you, your family, and the church. Lastly, God said this is one of the reasons people are shying away from churches because they don't put the word they preach into their daily walk. FYI not all churches are like this, yet this was my experience from this one.
