They hardly ever answer the phone. I had an appointment on Saturday and they did not verify my insurance like they told me they would the Monday before so I had to pay out if pocket for the exam and x-rays then I made another appointment for my cleaning and to go over a plan for what I need done they told me they would verify with my insurance on Monday and call me. It's Wednesday they never called and told me anything I already took off work for my Friday appt. I called them several times before they finally answered just to tell me they don't accept my insurance. No communication

You go in for medication and they never send it in. You call them when your on your hour brake and they never answer you. Horrible and should be reported for neglecting their patients horrible doctor office ugh

It looks like the location in Fort Worth relocated to this one.. called numerous times at diff hours and cant get anyone to pick up the phone. Smh

Dentist was great, but they called in my pain medication and gave me a hard copy and that doctor doesnt even have a waiver for prescriptions to be called in and they claim they cant send it electronically, so Ive been suffering for 3 days with no pain meds and no help from anyone!
