I went into the store while on vacation from Alaska back in December. The store looked great and the staff was incredibly helpful. Justin helped me with an iron fitting and was very honest and informational. I made it clear that I was not purchasing that day and just wanted to know what clubs fit me best. He was patient and did not seem to mind that I wasn't looking to buy immediately. Now that I have found the clubs I want to buy I am very thankful for the service. Thank you.

I left the PGA store because I could not find anyone to help me look for a left-hand putter for my husband. I went to Golf Galaxy and was greeted as soon as I came in. Chris the General manager notice that I look like I needed some help so he came over to see if I seeded some assistance. He took care of me and made sure I got everything I needed. I will definitely be back!

When it comes to customer service, Jeff is top-notch! He always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are happy. Whether it's answering questions, resolving issues, or providing assistance, Jeff is reliable and attentive. I highly recommend his exceptional customer service skills!
