If I could give zero reviews I would! This bank has been the worse Ive even banked with. From customer service, bank tellers, supervisors and Directors. they definitely do NOT know What theyre doing besides STEALING money charging twice for the same transaction of course the system wont show that but if YOU really KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ACCOUNT BELIEVE ME YOU WILL FIND OUT THAT THEYRE CHARGING TRANSACTIONS TWICE make sure to SCREENSHOT everytime you do a transaction add them up and I promise you guys you will end up missing few dollars here and there When you go up there to the back all they will do is keep making you drive to different locations in the DFW area just so you can speak to a supervisor and wont even get the outcome your looking for. Every single person that I spoke to theyre were so rude, unethical, discourteous, untrained, dishonest and so forth. All they will do is throw the ball at each other and keep apologizing for the inconvenience with nothing being solved. Also be aware if you have any past due balances that you need to pay because they will give you a day grace period for you to pay that but they wont respect that agreement they will Just go ahead and take out your money with no advise just because one of their employees misunderstood so I do recommend you that every time you also call their CS# make sure to record those calls on your end since they dont Like to leave notes on your account every time you call like theyre supposed to.. make sure to be ok to repeat your story over and over again to diff reps just because their untrained employees theyre not doing their JOB like theyre supposed to. Angelique from Matlock location I believe that was her name she was so unethical and rude and racist she kept telling me 20:59 in military time is 10:59 pm making me look like I was the ignorant one, at one point she told me that I was more than welcome to end my relationship with Frost at any time, what type of director is this arent they supposed to do whatever to retain the client? I guess not in frost they will rather you end your relationship with them than assisting you. SMH I also noticed that if you look Hispanic they will give you an attitude like if you aint good enough to bank with them you dont get the treatment you should as a human being just because of your race and color. Just looking at the reviews seems like Im not the only one that has been discriminated for your race/color and yes thats the word DISCRIMINATION to the top at FROST bank!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM, if you decide to keep them I begged you to start keeping track of your accounts and youll find out why!!!

This bank is incredible. The staff is very professional and friendly. There is rarely a line inside. There is an outside ATM. The drive-thru has two lanes.
