The process of renting here is smooth and fast and easy peazy!
The apartment complex is quite! Ina good way, friendly neighbors. The maintance men are very kind and fast to fix things, they have good vibes, I can tell genuinely care :) & on top of that anytime I go into the office, the manager is also very kind and always working hard.that is very rare! & I love it!
When I first applied I wasn't fond of paying for vallet trash/cable but I have actually grown to love both! I use to look for a complex without these included, but I fell in love with the layout & fell in love with the vallet trash process and cable included Its very useful actually! :} makes living here extra nice! The trash never looks gross like other complexes nearby!

This has been the most enjoyable and easy application process I've ever experienced from an apartment complex. Lindsay has been absolutely incredible and her pleasant demeanor has not changed once, even when she was having to do multiple things at once. She's been nothing short of attentive and helpful. I look forward to living here, and really hope I'm able to keep this review at 5 stars lol

Did not get approved and they took my deposit after I was told that I would receive it back. Be careful upon giving your money out because they will take it
