Their customer services is awful! Called and was on the phone for 9 minutes just to find out if I could return an item. The person on the phone said I could and then C&B emailed me telling me I could not. It has been several years since I have bought from C&B and this is why. The quality of their clothes is not that great and many items I have bought in the past drew up in the wash or just fit very badly. Won't be buying from them in the future.

Employees are so nice, friendly, and helpful. So sad all the stores are closing.

the prices are amazing, the Ladies are always there to help . Nice store layout great products.
