BEST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!!! Spencer is amazing and takes great care of his clients.

Half the reviews here are FAKE and 90% appeared shortly after i wrote this review. Indicating that Spencer paid for them once his rating fell below 3 stars. Notice how they are all within 48 of each other? Suspicious and shady... just like this clowns practice.
Spencer Hamilton tacks on unnecessary fees and takes advantage of customers. By his staff's own admission, they have "never used" policies on "95% of customer policies" (partial roof repair, for instance). This typically increases your bill by $150/year. Who know's what else is there. Spencer called me directly after I complained and bragged about him making 200k a year (like that's supposed to be big money or something...).
Staff is rude and not even available for discussion. Office Voicemail is full 95% of the time. Spencer sheltered at home while his staff was forced to be in office after COVID reopening, which really says it all.
Steer clear of this predatory and shady insurance agent. Terrible business. Claims he has a small town feel, but is impossible to get a hold of. Go elsewhere.
