My vehicle was in there for a little over 5 weeks and I was only able to get a hold of them 3 times on the phone. I had to drive up there every other time I needed to check on it. Ended up not being able to diagnose my original problem and that is fine, but the lack of communication on there part is bad customer service. I've been a few times in the past and had better service, but I recall it was hard to contact them on the phone then too. Definitely gonna go somewhere else next time.

They've been super helpful in letting me have my car sit until I could manage my purchase for a new transmission. Yes they are busy which is a good thing, thanks Brandon and the full staff. Looking forward to getting the work done once the transmission arrives.

I called to see how much it would cost to get heater on my truck fixed she said to bring it In too see, I drove by and it was no parking at all even after circling the block a few times I called back and no answer so I guess they don't even care so why should I.
