Pros:
Gluten-free breakfast cereal options (which we did NOT get at either of the Holiday Inn Express locations we stayed at
Cons:
No life jackets at the pool
Very uncomfortable beds
How much of an investment would it be to get one of those courtesy charger things that is like a utility knife but for different chargers types? Super easy way to help people who break or lose their chargers on their journey

The coffee machine next to the lobby desk is amazing, staff very kind, and pretty rooms

The front desk man was very nice and accommodating of our request for a first floor room. Our room was clean and good sized with a comfy bed. Breakfast was fresh and very good!

Ray was an awesome person to have greeting me after many long hours on the road! He was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. He even called prior to my and questioned my reservation, I had double booked! He caught it and reached out to correct it! I appreciate his patience helping me fix it!
Rooms: Room was VERY clean! I only left a 4-star regarding the room because there was not any bedding for the fold out bed. However, Ray was more than helpful in fixing that!
