Very nice clean place to live! Also, helpful staff, and the manager was always more than willing to gwt in there and help when ever I needed something she above and beyond! The maintenance was always on it when ever I needed them!

These apartments are run by Danco.  Good luck getting maintenance to fix anything.  Requests were submitted in writing months in advanced and nothing was done to make the apartment hospitable.Leaking septic inside the walls, faulty fire alarms that trigger all hours of the day, broken appliances, mold on the walls and a defective thermostat.  Outside there is trash everywhere, broken parking lights and no security.Danco management are experts at pretending to resolve issues or passing the issue off to someone else.They fired the previous property manager and blamed her for not being able to do her job.  The real issues are with upper management and their failure to fix issues and lack of caring for their tenants.If you speak up and know your tenant rights be prepare to be intimidated and harassed.

Nice, clean, apartments with Solar heating and electricity, edible landscape plants- blueberries, appletrees and ARTICHOKES! 2 PLAY AREAs FOR KIDS AND a stocked REC ROOM complete the grounds, easy freeway access and group challenges to pass your time on. Great community living for family's with small children or high energy teens.
