This is what I know about Boasso from the employees that work there. Boasso under pays the employees, the employees only get a three percent raise a year. At Boasso the employees get treated like they are worthless. Boasso also does not have the money to give their employees to keep the cost of living down for their employees. The truck drivers are quitting because they are under paying them also. Lastly Boasso is the type of company that only hires family for the higher up positions. The coast of living is going up employees should get more than a three percent raise a year.

I used to hear great things about this company, but as of the lately the workers complain about their dispatcher Cindy, they need an upgrade and make sure their company is treated fairly across the board.
