My right brain went there to get my father's day gifts...when she returned home the clothes didn't fit. I've lost a few pounds due to a recent medical condition. No big deal says right brain, I'll go right back up and return them. "She had just bought them not an hour earlier". Not only would the clerk not allow the return, she demonstrated the worst customer service everrrrr! Manager's need to know they can make their own decisions when it comes to the customer, which she lost today. Wherever right brain goes left brain follows.

I have to love it. I work there. Wish we could offer better customer service. I love our customers. Converting this spring to a Gordmans store. Excited! You will be too!
