I saw Dr. Humphries multiple times about 9 years ago and got great care, only every time I went you were going to wait at least 1.5-2 hours or more past your appointment time to be called back.
I have called their office multiple times in the last 6-8 months to try and get an appointment and no one ever answers the phone and never returns your call after leaving them a message.
I think the office staff need to be trained on how to run a medical office. This type of "service" will run you out of business.

Always a good experience. The people are nice and polite. The office staff are amazing and caring. The dentist are professional and caring. The hygienist are hard working and friendly.

Friendly and outgoing. They're good with kids. Makes my daughter at ease when she is scared.
