There is nothing like a great and competent plumber when you need one! I am so appreciative for Ken's responsiveness, expertise and professional care. In the big rains, my sewer pump went out in the middle of the night and sewage was backing up in a ground level shower. I was referred to Ken by a friend who manages a large apartment complex in Santa Cruz as her go-to plumber. I called Ken and he was at my place, with his skilled electrician Kyle, in less than an hour. Within the hour after arriving they had identified the problem and fixed my issue....a frayed cord. Ken seemed to me to a street-smart veteran plumber who knows how to make it work and without a lot of fuss, knows how to make the plumbing work. Five stars +. Thank you, Ken and Kyle. I just called Ken because I had an issue with my water heater.  After calling a few places with no answer, he answered and happened to be in the neighborhood.  He came over within about 20 mins., fixed my issue, made some recommendations and we were good!  Very responsive, knowledgeable and respectful.  Will use again.  Thanks, Ken!

Thought I heard a water leak between two interior walls so called around town to get a plumber and no one was available , but Ken kindly said he would come over and take a look. After a few minutes he detected where the leaking water was coming from and fixed the problem. So impressed by how speedily he could respond and sort out what the problem was. Very informative and did a thorough job. Highly recommend his company and will call him in future for any plumbing issues at my home. Thanks Ken! Service: Plumbing leak repair

I had the kitchen remodeled and contracted did plumbing himself; it was all messed up, with pipes literally falling apart and flooding the house. Four different plumbers came in, none could repair it, at least, not for long; it would fall apart again. The Ken showed up, and he fixed it; several months later, still working fine. I was getting a new refrigerator installed today and the water valve to the fridge broke.  It began dripping water and would not stop.  We could not have the fridge installed until the valve was replaced.  I called Ken and he was here within 30 minutes.  He fixed the valve and now my new fridge can be installed.  Thank you, Ken!
