VG recently completed a window project on my home. There were some unanticipated complications that caused it to be a much more time consuming project. We worked through the issues and they were great. Everything looks fantastic, we are very pleased. This is an honest and trustworthy company.

Order glass for a new home shower, was told 5 weeks. After 4 weeks we called to check status, after 5 weeks again, after 6 weeks another time with a I'll get back to you which they didn't. Today being 7 weeks someone else answers and looks into it to find out it was never ordered! Super pissed, another 5 weeks now if they actually ordered it. Not acceptable and no remorse or price adjustment made just a we will do what we can. Wont be using them for our future builds.
