Ryan and Nicole are fantastic!! They are 2 of the most patient people I have ever met! I am not very tech savvy, but they were able to resolve the problems I had and encouraged me to ask questions until I felt comfortable with my situation. They are the ONLY people I want when it comes to my phone service! They are the best!

Best customer service Ive ever had.ever.Bar none! Connie was working alone & had many things going on with several customers. She addressed all customers with a wonderful welcome and simultaneously worked with as many customers as possible & with expertise & patience (which I think is her Super Power. She was incredibly helpful, sought to make things clear to me, gave me my best options, and displaying her Super Power all the while my phone was holding its breath and spazzing out, making it almost impossible to fluidly go through the process.
She is a keeper to your companyand I truly hope USCellular pays her what shes worthshe is gold!

Had an issue with Cancellation, and Tim was super good with getting me through to customer service and making sure we could resolve the issue and keep my service and plan going, was excellent!
