I think it's great that this venue is offered and it's one of the rare places that will take medicaid or uninsured.
That being said, it's almost like the employees know it and let their care and service suffer because they know people don't have any other choice.
The employees here are rude and abusive. Not only do they shame patients (which is bad enough), but they do it in front of other staff and patients making it even worse.
Now they have gotten towards weeding out more and more patients leaving people with no help when they really need it.

Recently (post covid?) the customer service and "bedside manner" has declined immensely. Parents aren't allowed with their children?? Red flag
My children are well behaved and they are insisting parents NOT stay with their kids is scary and comes off as predatory. I pushed back and was met with rudeness and a policy sheet that states parents "AGREE" to wait out front - and honestly that makes sense in an emergency or when a child is struggling with the parent, or the parent is the distraction. However my kids are always praised on how well they sit (see previous review) and that they cooperate with the dentists and hygienists.
We're sad not to be patients anymore because of this ridiculous rule. Parents, always protect your babies!

My almost 2 year old had an accident Sunday night that resulted in a chipped tooth. He hasn't been sleeping or eating well. After one dentist told us it was hopeless, we visited Tri-County Dental and they not only fixed his tooth, they were so kind and encouraging.
