Will never return. We have never had issues before until now. We had the vehicle looked at for a quote on control arm, rod, sway bar. We had additional issues problem with the vehicle other than what was initially looked at and was quoted on. Only worried about the arm, rod at this time as tires wore out bad. We ended up somewhere else to get these issues fixed.
I made an appointment for the other issues we discovered when getting quote for the rod, arm and sway bar and no one knows what I'm talking about so they just fixed the issue they last quoted us which was the arm, brushing etc. I specifically said to Shannon that if you're not sure call me since Todd wasn't around. Guess you're that desperate to go ahead and fix whatever without my permission and go ahead and charge me a ridiculous amount that I wasn't expecting. I mean, go ahead and take that money and fix your teeth at least.

Very straight forward and honest. Contacted 7 or 8 other shops to do a catalytic converter replacement on my truck Todd was the only one that called me back and with a lower quote than anyone else and didnt try to up charge me like other places have done. honest work of the highest quality and in a very timely manner.
