      image I bought a 9x12 and 6x9 wool rug for a client after purchasing this they charged me 422.00 for shipping!!! If I would have known this I would have had it shipped to a store but then I would have to pick it up which the closest store is 1 hour away. I will definately think twice before ordering a rug from this company!!

      image Pottery Barn...what can you say?
      Everyone knows what to expect, I'm a fan. I can't always afford to shop at Pottery Barn but its great for design ideas anyway.
      The staff is always very helpful or not, if you just want to browse they'll not interrupt.

      image Worst company To do Business with. Will never shop from them again and will tell everyone to not shop there. None of what their website says is true. Spent over $4,000 on lights and stools. Spoke to supervisors and none of them called back like they said. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
