33% increase on insurance because, and I quote from Angel, the receptionist, when asked about the increase- "for every dollar paid in by customers for insurance last year, American Family paid out $1.80 in claims so we lost money."
Well I didn't make a claim so why the hell is my insurance going up 33%?!?! Went to All-State and am now paying less then I was BEFORE the increase. Canceled both my house and car insurance and got cheaper prices on both. American Family isn't what it use to be and my family was with them for 25+ years. What a shame.

My experience with American Family has been very positive. Every member of the staff that I have interacted with has been helpful, upbeat, and knowledgeable. I can't speak highly enough about my agent Angel. She is always quick to reply to me and attentive to my needs. She is great at educating me on my policy... happy to talk me through every detail until I fully understand. I would definitely recommend working with this team for your insurance needs.
