This is the second time ABT came out to work on my basement, the first time was the south side facing the hill and the second time was to work on the east side front of the house. They were very professional and on time, and picked up afterwards. My contractors were pleased with the outcome.

I have been dealing with water ingress issues in my basement since purchasing my house 6yrs ago (simple rain storms, spring melts or loss of power to sump pumps were my nemesis). Turns out I'm dealing with Iron Ochre and drain tiles that just couldn't perform to the level required in my area. I contacted several companies, but ABT stood out the most. 1. they do both exterior and interior drain tile work so I was able to get a well rounded opinion of what solution would work best for my situation 2. they offered far more of what I needed at a more competitive price. Mickey was incredible! At the time we first met, he had been in the industry for over 14yrs. I liked that he started out on the crew prior to becoming a project manager (and now owner) so he could walk me through the technical side and answer all my questions. Not only was Mickey patient with answering all my questions and walking me through the process, he was also patient with my scheduling (due to other projects, I had to put the interior drain tile project on hold for over a year). Mickey would connect with me throughout the time and always made me feel heard and respected. This FEB I was able to finally get my interior drain tile system and the piece of mind that it brings has been life-changing. I had the ABT Iron Ochre System installed, beefed up my old sump pump system with the Dry Right Sump System with Wifi and Battery Back up, and added another Dry Right Sump System with Wifi due to the lateral coverage needed for my home. I really like that there are inspection ports along the drain tile so I can keep an eye on it and conduct preventative maintenance with "Clenit" to control the Iron Ochre. All of this was less than other mediocre systems I was offered by other companies.
Juan and crew arrived everyday on time (they were all very cheerful, friendly, and sang too...BONUS). Juan would check in with me every morning and we would walk the site, talk about plans for the day, he would always ensure my questions were answered, and would even check out with me at the end of each day! Not only was the team's quality and speed impressive, I was blown away by how well they cleanup after such a dusty, slimy job! My basement was left cleaner than when they arrived!
I'm enjoying a clean, dry basement and actually look forward to rain! Thank you Mickey, Juan, and Team.
