Would rate 0 stars if possible. They charged my card for school photos, but never mailed anything. Over 2 months later and still nothing. After reaching out, I learned they 'lost' one of my children's photos, so never sent any pictures of my other children or communicated and refunded me.. We now missed a whole year of school pictures that we can't get back. Hoping our school partners with someone else next year

Horrible experience with this company. It is likely the company your school uses for school pictures so you may not have a choice of whether to use them or someone else. But the pictures over the years have gotten worse and worse. I don't know if they have extremely inexperience people taking them or what. But the way they have the kids turn for the pictures and the very fake smiles. Anyway I reached out to this company to get an issue resolved and spent 38 minutes talking with a rep only to end up with our conversation getting disconnected for inactivity. The only reason there was inactivity was because the rep said let me check on that for a moment then never came back. I am so annoyed that I wasted any of my money ordering pictures with this company.
