      image Not horrible but not great. Took a long time to get my car back, but it was not really the dealerships fault. I guess when the repair is covered by warranty tech-support makes them jump through hoops. Staff were great and Josh was amazing.

      image 5 star experience across the board. I just wanted to see if the car I'd been eyeing was still on the lot. I planned to think about it a few days before making a decision. Montel was great, answered all of my questions, and was extremely gracious when I decided we "could make it" on a short test drive in an EV with minimal charge. I would return to Greenway Kia, or refer a friend, in a heartbeat simply based on the way he so professionally handled that situation alone. I'm impressed with the "new" Hickory Hollow Greenway Kia and staff!
