If I could leave zero stars I would. Weve lived in several apartments and this is by far the worst one. From mold/water damage in the bedrooms, roaches, trash thrown from balconies and never picked up, weeks to response to complaints, a fridge that doesnt shut properly the list goes on. Would not recommend anyone live here.

Worst place Ive ever lived. I would give zero stars if possible. Its been an absolute nightmare from the moment I moved in.

The apartments are very spacious that's the only good thing I can say. I had to leave my apartment because they refused a check from my school to help with the rent. The director of the school (Nashville State) showed up then they proceeded to tell them they could not accept it unless it was a money order. Then 2 days later I was approved for Metro action commission which I had applied for in late Jan.
Was threatened with eviction and they filed even though I had the full amount between my school and metro action commission. I had to uproot my medically fragile child who is disabled, uproot my life, and I had no choice but to leave some things behind. I will be reaching out to an attorney because the undue hardship this place has caused me and my family was not necessary. I've tried to email them several times which I have proof, I've tried calling them several times, which I had proof, no response. These people don't care about you as a human they see you as a way to conn you out of more money. Also of note, cars are constantly being broken into, neighbors blast music till 4 am, several shootings have happened there, several dead body's have been found, there's a homeless camp in the back of the apartments and in the wooded area by the playground, mailboxes have been broken into, rent is never the same one month it might be $1500 the next it could be 1800 you never know, the gym isn't available don't bank on it, stoves don't work, the floors are uneven, neighbors fight all the time. This place was good at first but once I renewed my lease and needed assistance paying for my rent they created emotional distress. I will see you in court Avana.
