I had to go to the ER, after my visit here, and then I went back to my primary doctor to get pain relief. I was not satisfied here. I thought I would get some kind of pain relief, and at least look in my ear, do some tests, right away. I had the "screaming" kind of pain. I was in EXTREME PAIN, and got no help on the day I went. I got a prescription for drops, called back, told the nurse, the drops made my ear pain worse. She told me on the phone, it couldn't. It was so bad, that's when I had to go to the ER I know what my pain was. And, my primary confirmed ear drops would make my pain worse. My primary took complete care of the issue of my ear. He diagnosed, treated it, and I had relief. I'm sorry, but I would consider a different place, if you are in need of immediate care.

Dr. Bateman intently listened to me explain my whole story. He is so kind and caring and I know I was his priority at that time. I HAD vertigo and he lead me to complete healing. His staff were kind and I didn't have to wait long at all in the waiting room. Thank you for changing my life and getting me back to where I can function normally!!!
